Prohibited or Special Category Shipments

  • Dangerous goods and Prohibited articles (click HERE for more details)

  • Parcels containing liquids

  • Items that do not match the seller's description

  • Fake or counterfeit goods

  • Fragile, unprotected and easily damaged items (such as ceramics, glass, LCD screens, books, paper products, plastic products, etc.)

  • The shipment itself was improperly packaged and did not provide suitable protection for the goods

  • Shipments with original packaging and intact packaging will not be compensated for any damage

  • The packaging is deformed, torn, cracked, etc. but the goods are intact

  • Non-carton or wooden box packaging, non-sealed packaging, etc.

  • The shipment is not claimed within 30 days after it arrives at the overseas warehouse

Natural Disaster

  • Any Damage/ Loss due to

    • Nature losses, nature defects, characteristics, and market price rise or fall caused

    • Bad weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters during transportation

    • In the event of transporation accident, public enemy invasion, insurrection, strike or other regional dispute, civil disturbance or war in transit

    • Due to temperature, humidity changes

    • Natural disaster: including but not limited to earthquake, tornado, storm, flood, fire, plaque, fog, snow, frost or geological disasters

Unforeseeable Circumstances

  • Any customs, carrier company or government officials’ negligence, such as customs returns, flight delays, etc.

  • Shipment that has no parcel declaration, false report or unable to provide Tracking Number

  • Shipment that indicates false receive notice or pre-declared information, no inbound information or wrong delivery from seller

  • Suspected website or unable to contact the seller

  • No sign of delivery company certifying that the parcel has been delivered to our overseas warehouse

  • Incorrect or inaccurate overseas shipping address which is not the same as the warehouse address provided in Buy&Ship’s member centre

  • Parcels lost due to the fault of the sender (e.g. providing invalid/fake documentation)

  • The parcel is already with poor quality or the quantity is not correct before its arrival to our oversea warehouse

  • The expiring of shelf life and warranty period and other irresistible factors due to clearance
