After the parcel is checked in, it will be sent out from overseas warehouse automatically. You can check the estimated arrival time of your parcel at “Member Centre > My Shipment > En route to HK”. You will also receive an email notification after your parcel has arrived at our HK warehouse.
Please note that we will keep updating your parcel status in "Member Centre > My Shipment".
